Q: Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs 3,000. Orders below Rs 3,000 have a standard delivery charge depending on your city.
Q: How long does delivery take? Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available in major cities including Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.
Q: Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp on the number you provided at checkout.
Q: Do you deliver all over Pakistan? Yes, we deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

Q: Are your products DRAP approved? Yes. All Pixel Health Care products are DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan) approved and tested for safety and efficacy.
Q: Are your products dermatologist-tested? Yes. All our formulations are developed in partnership with dermatologists and tested for safety before launch.
Q: Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? Most of our products are formulated to be gentle enough for sensitive skin. Each product page mentions which skin types it’s suitable for. If you have a specific concern, contact us on WhatsApp before purchasing.
Q: How soon will I see results? Results vary by product and skin type. Most customers see visible improvements within 4–6 weeks of consistent daily use. Some products like our face washes and sunscreens show benefits from the very first use.
Q: Are your products halal? Yes, our products do not contain any haram or prohibited ingredients.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return a product? We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong product? If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please take a photo immediately and contact us on WhatsApp at 0300-7187575 within 48 hours. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Q: How are refunds processed? Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

Q: What is the best routine for acne-prone skin? We recommend: Morning — AcnePix Face Wash → Brana Anti-Acne Cream (if needed) → Solo Pix SPF 60 Sunscreen. Night — AcnePix Face Wash → Brana Anti-Acne Cream.
