1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products purchased on sale or with a discount coupon
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

To claim this, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order
  • Send a clear photo or video of the damaged/wrong item via WhatsApp or email
  • Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved

We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or process a refund within 5–7 working days.


3. How to Request a Return

Step 3: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and confirm if your return is approved.

Step 4: Once approved, pack the product securely in its original packaging and hand it over to our courier.

Step 5: After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the following methods:

5. Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges on unopened products within 7 days if:

  • You ordered the wrong product by mistake
  • You would like a different variant or size

Contact us on WhatsApp at 0300-7187575 and we will arrange the exchange at no extra cost.


6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover all shipping costs
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order by the customer, the customer covers return shipping costs

7. Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to process returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Product has been opened or used
  • Return request made after 7 days of delivery
  • Product damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage
  • No proof of purchase provided
  • Purchased during a final sale or clearance event
